“If the ocean can calm itself, so can you.”
Olympic National Park in Washington has three distinct ecosystems: a sub-alpine forest and wildflower meadow, temperate rainforest, and the rugged Pacific Shore. Ruby Beach is the perfect Northwest coast with its driftwood and sea stacks. I couldn’t imagine a better place to meditate and refresh- with the beautiful foggy haze and crashing sounds of the ocean. Ruby Beach is truly a place for meditation and wonder. When I am paint, my mind slows down and I have a moment to reflect. In that way, I feel more grounded. While painting this, I felt the peaceful vibes of Ruby Beach and all my love for those sea stacks!
